Nancy Daniel – former partner with Fayez Sarofim & Co. in Houston, Texas, managing investment portfolios for a wide range of clients including pension plans, foundations, endowments and wealthy individuals.  She was a founding investor in Jefferson Corner Group and served on the Investment and Due Diligence Committee of Jefferson Corner Group.

Benjamin F. duPont – Founder and President of yet2.com, the world’s leading intellectual property intermediary, and has over 24 years experience in equity investing, business, operations, and technology commercialization.  As President of yet2.com, Mr. duPont also is responsible for leading its principal investments.  Previously, Mr. duPont spent 14 years with E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (“DuPont”) in research, sales, manufacturing and management positions within the specialty chemical and fibers businesses.

Tom Newell, J.D. – Chief Executive Officer of Signature Senior Lifestyle, Ltd, a UK based developer and operator of registered care homes with nursing and dementia care services intended to be “the modern alternative” to traditional care nursing home offerings.  Mr. Newell has over 20 years experience in finance, operations and management of a variety of businesses, primarily in the healthcare industry.  He was a founding investor in Jefferson Corner Group and served on the Investment and Due Diligence Committee of Jefferson Corner Group.

Philip B. Stern, M.B.A. – Chief Executive Officer of yet2.com and has over 15 years experience in the financial systems, human resources, Website, and IT functions.  As CEO of yet2.com, he established its new practice in serving clients’ needs in patent transactions.  Prior to yet2.com, Mr. Stern worked 13 years in general management and strategy consulting.  He has substantial expertise in developing and implementing breakthrough strategic plans, having served clients for Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company. 

David Wallace, J.D., M.S. – Partner with Merchant & Gould, Mr. Wallace practices in all areas of intellectual property, with a focus on patent prosecution, counseling and litigation support in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, organic and inorganic chemistry, polymers, foods, medical devices and biotechnology.  He was a founding investor in Jefferson Corner Group and served on the Investment and Due Diligence Committee of Jefferson Corner Group.
